- The largest unit -- 5 bedrooms -- is too large to me. With little work this unit could be split into two units, which I feel would add income to the property. However, a lot of you may say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
- Even though it is now being professionally managed, the property wasn’t before. That means the property managers are slowly but surely renting out the units to great tenants, still a couple of vacancies to go.
